Btw, I’m trying to figure out what I should do with my starter house. I want to sell it, but I also have a coworker looking for a cheap place to live while they save up to buy. They don’t want to purchase it, but they were excited about the idea of renting for a year or two. I’m game because prices keep going up and I can sell it for more in a few years.
You guys all rent, so I was wondering: how much should I charge? Comparables around here are $900-1200/mo, but I don’t want to screw the guy.
$600/mo for a 2 bed 1 bath sounds fair, right? That pretty much covers taxes and maintenance while it accrues value.
Ah, the “big” corperate landlords that own more than 3000 units, yeah. Screw those parasites, and good for Berlin.
Our legal system doesn’t allow taking private property without fair market compensation. Personally I’d be thrilled if the city saved me the hassle of selling it.

Writing self insert fanfiction to show how much of a loser the other party is
Jesus, a transphobe, loser, and parasite.
The city of Berlin is expropriating property from landlords across the entire city.
You think you’re invincible, but the position on landlords will slowly mainstream elsewhere. Hope you’re not too attached to your property.
