Francis, excommunicate the whole American church

My kids go to a catholic grade school and are… I guess finding themselves right now. At least bi, maybe gender fluid, they’re still discovering.

They have my full support and i told them if their school gives them any grief let me know. I’m just waaaaaiting for that so I can give that fucking place both metaphorical barrels.

This is the same school that, five years ago, didn’t believe in their ADHD diagnoses (by doctors) and almost expelled the older girl because she was ‘acting out.’ (In fairness when it’s untreated her adhd does lead to some annoyingness, we just needed to adjust her dosage). My wife handled it by escalating all the way to the Cleveland diocese and got the principal shitcanned over her treatment of the kids. New principal is much better, and both kids have straight As.

But yes, I fucking hate them too. I wish they didn’t go to that school, but I’m the step dad and the choice predates me. So we make the best of it.

So it gets even better. My 12 year old told me that this happened. Not sure how a 12 year old knows about this, I asked. Apparently dickheaded kids are now seeing this as an excuse to bully trans or other lgbtq kids.

Excited for the impending in school shooting around here, real exciting timeline we live in.
