    Money is speech.

So shut the fuck up, peasants, and let the people with money talk.

Bribery is just argument by other means.

Clarence Thomas’s concurrence on the case they take after this one.

Man, I really thought the court would get slightly less insane and evil when Scalia died, but Thomas has just gotten wild with it. It’s like scalia’s ghost just left its body and decided to double bunk inside of Clarence.

What if Scalia was the one holding Thomas back and Clarence was the one who shot Scalia with the ice bullet containing the heart attack serum that killed him?

Scalia died in a much more conventional way, in my mind, fucking a hooker at his friends “ranch.”

Scalia was the one holding Thomas back

That’s a scary thought…though judging by how disgusting Scalia was I think Thomas may just be doing all this in solidarity. Something a kin to pouring one out for the homies, but for the world’s worst people.

I’m sure this Supreme Court will take all sides of the argument into consideration, make an informed and responsible decision, and relay the reasons for their decision to the Americans whom they serve.

    Right?

Harris raised a lot more than Trump did in the last presidential general election.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2024/12/06/us/politics/trump-harris-campaign-fundraising.html

The Democrats, their allied super PACs and other groups raised about $2.9 billion, versus about $1.8 billion for the Republicans.

I don’t care if they are red or blue, ending unlimited money from corporations and wealthy donors is the only way to save our democracy.

Oooh okay cool. It’s totally fine then. Surely that single example is representative of every single election past, present, and future, and a great reason to abolish any sort of caps on donations.

And? How much did Trump get from Musk and all the other billionaire friends under the table? You really think King Donvict will disclose that?

      It’s disingenuous.
