It would be incredible if the VFX in Marvel improved because of this.
It probably won’t be - these aren’t the people who sit at the computers and make CGI. These are the people who like set up green screens and stuff like that.
I have been busted for not knowing the film industry
This group has both on-set and post-production workers. I’d guess the VFX would still improve because the workers would get more rest cus producers don’t want to pay them OT/turnaround/etc every day.
