I’ve found myself gravitating towards newpipe even though I have youtube premium. It has a so much better UX, and isn’t focused on keeping you engaged.

Then cancel your premium subscription to stop giving money to companies that don’t respect you or your privacy. ;)

kiss launcher
Kiss launcher is a great launcher. I used action for the long press on the home button to open the kiss launcher before I switched to GrapheneOS.
