Nah, a friend of mine told me once, many many years ago, how she was with her boyfriend and all ready to go and he just wasn’t having it, being fully buried in Diablo II. She was a gamer herself too so it’s not like she was always rolling her eyes at him and saying “ugh you guys and your games”. He really was just that much a dork.

As a gay guy, this is a perfectly valid reason. You’re not owed sex just because you’re in the mood. That should go both ways in a relationship regardless of your gender.
