I see lots of cats outside in my neighborhood and I try to care for them when I can. Especially right now since it is winter, anyone want to drop some tips for caring for neigborhood cats?

One of mine is lots of cats die of dehydration in the winter since any water source is frozen. If you leave water out for them, you can always put hand warmers underneath the bowl so it will keep it heated and stop it from freezing hopefully giving the little guys time to enjoy.

This is a great article on making DIY cat shelters that we use during the winter time and they get great use out of it!
