Last week, the control commission released a statement saying that some companies have been consistently breaking these rules and asked each company to review their advertisements to avoid future fines or legal action.

It’s a shame that sports betting is legal in Ohio, but recreational marijuana isn’t.

    I said this in another comment but these things are absolutely pervasive and I can’t stand it. And lots of it isn’t even in person. At least make someone go to a physical place to gamble away their money.

    Speaking of that second point, how are legalization efforts in Ohio?

      I’ve heard rumblings of a ballot initiative but other than that not much has been going on that I’m aware of.
