I’m inside my house sitting at my computer right now and I can hear the sound of cars on the road. What exactly are you expecting me to do with the information that there is a car traveling down the road?! I know there is! There always is! I don’t need to hear it to know that! That’s why we have STREET LIGHTS and ROAD LAWS which mean that cars are supposed to stop traveling down the road in predictable situations such as WHEN THE LIGHT IS RED or WHEN IM CROSSING THE STREET
