My instance and my routers are both having meltdowns at the moment so hard time finding the source. I’ve been trying to since I posted it.
I know that it is in Japan and is at something called a hikyo station which are little used stations. The direct translation is ‘secluded station’ because of their isolation and infrequent use. Which station? That’s what I’m having a hard time locating. I believe it’s Honchoshi Station.
I just mentioned that. Hikyo station isn’t one singular station, it’s the term for stations that are not used often due to being isolated or remote. Wiki page.

The picture is titled To Honchoshi Station, and includes Hikyo Station in the tags, so it seems to me that it’s probably taken at Hikyo Station

I think it’s the Choshi Electric Railway in Choshi Chiba https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g1021144-d1774621-Reviews-Choshi_Dentetsu-Choshi_Chiba_Prefecture_Kanto.html
And I think with Honchoshi they mean Motochoshi station just look at the photos on Google maps https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipOLzib1gg0IWGXc1Mv6hTxsSWeWxTsm5t5Sik1g=w512-h770-p-k-no

Motochoshi Station is written like this 本銚子駅 and 本 can also be pronounced as Hon which means book.
