Ad free Facebook and Instagram is officially on. I’m trying to stay open minded but honestly it’s too expensive especially with this sneaky account center rule unless you’re in an unfortunate position where you need to spend a lot of time on these platforms.

Why is the headline not: Facebook charges 10 euro per mont for your rights.
I get that using the platform does not have to be free, but I’m no Facebook client so they should not be collecting any data on me.
This is basically just hard greed.
They profit so well on your stolen data, and they won’t no where near need the money from this subscription.
That said, I’m glad they are doing it. Hopefully it will drive people to some other less money hungry alternative.
Facebook only has succes as long as enough people are using it. Otherwise I would rather contact people anywhere else.
