    When is that supposed to happen? Or is bad habits when it comes to sleep and age being used as an excuse.

      I had bad habits for a couple decades while my kids were growing up due to 1) having kids and 2) working 2 jobs and struggling to survive.

      Once my youngest graduated and I could work 1 job, things got a LOT better for about 2 years. Two blissful years. They were AMAZING!

      Now I’m approaching menopause and my hormones are fucking me. Hard. I can damn near predict how well I’m going to sleep (or if I’ll stay asleep) based on my monthly cycle, what’s left of it. Melatonin makes me groggy in the morning, but I’m finally finding a balance of low dose CBD/THC that helps me achieve a level of sleep without making me high. It’s not perfect, but I’m not crying and miserable in the middle of the night either.
