If he’s indicted by the state of New York, state of Georgia, and the US Dept. of Justice… do prosecutors get together and play rock-paper-scissors to decide who gets to put him on trial?
Realistically, I know that’s not how they do it, but I find it hilarious that Trump has incriminated himself into this situation.

“Oh, look! We all get to prosecute! Hooray!”
I wonder what their argument even was in a situation like this.
Probably election interference. Trump has already announced that he’s a candidate for President in 2024, so a federal indictment during election season would be the government meddling in the outcome of the election.
…Is it a sound argument? No. But it’s the only one they have.
