That’s a precedent they can’t afford to accept. If they let the system hold them accountable in any way, where does it end?

Yeah, as if the GOP is going to let a state Supreme Court dictate who they can and can’t nominate. That’s a precedent they can’t afford to accept. If they let the system hold them accountable in any way, where does it end?
