Nearly three in 10 who say enforcing a no-fly zone is a good idea also say they oppose the US shooting down Russian military planes.

The key conclusion here is that most Americans have not firmly decided about the merits of a U.S.-enforced no-fly zone. That conclusion no doubt holds true for most, if not all, of the other policy proposals included in the poll.

    Let’s see if I understand this:

    • Some people that DO want a “we’ll shoot down trespassers” zone DOESN’T want the trespassers shot down.
    • Some people that DON’T want a “we’ll shoot down trespassers” zone DO want the trespassers shot down.

    Sorry, I don’t understand how their minds work.
