Alas, malpractice is a matter for States to decide. Each state has a Board of Medical Examiners, e.g. Florida Board of Medicine(https://flboardofmedicine.gov/). I don’t suppose it would go far, but it would be interesting to test, by reporting Florida Surgeon General Joe Ladapo to the board. The board’s job is to protect citizens from malpractice, so it’s worth a try.
