I call them Freezies or Mr. Freezes.
We called em Chilly Willies. There was a brand sold in my area named after the penguin character (Chilly Willy) associated with Woody Woodpecker. So as kids we loved that and just called any brand of them by that name.

I called them freezer pops and blue is the best followed by red.
