Dosent this violate the gpl?
As long as
IBMRedHat publishes links to the upstream projects and send them patches for the modifications they distribute, no. But they don’t have to publish the .spec files for RPM packages if those were created by them and are not part of the upstream, since those are not covered by the project’s license.
