    The worst part of climate change won’t be the known unknowns.

    It will be the unknown unknowns, catching us all off guard, and making an already shitty situation much worse than we ever thought it could get.

    This is why I believe it is unlikely humans will survive much past this century, and that the latter half of this century will see a 40-90% drop in our global population.

    Unknown unknowns. Hitting us hard and fast, giving us no opportunity to adapt. Especially with capitalism’s “business as usual” mantra cock-blocking any truly viable attempts to adapt.
