Do you have anything to read on about that? reading the wiki is pretty fucked, NATO bombed hospitals and even the Chinese embassy and call Serbs genocidal when they literally took in the most refugees, if they used nationalism as an excuse they certainly turned a blind eye to other Balkan states, totally not geopolitical /s
