Posting to Lemmy.world from Lemmy.ml results in only Lemmy.ml users being able to see that post, so I think they blocked each other. When do you think they will be federated again?
Many federation things are broken atm.
i know of Multiple communitys that are behind hours or Multiple days both on lemmy.world and Kbin the instance owner says their server got tons of recources free so its federation related bugs i guess.
