One of my favorites. Originally adapted from Death & Co.

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Celery Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup

    Edit : Not bad at all. Celery isn’t overwhelming. Makes for a very nice drink. Thanks for sharing!

    This sounds fantastic, but I’ve never used celery juice before. Can you buy that in the store, or do you make it yourself?

    That sounds fantastic—bookmarking this. Is it your own adaptation of the D&Co cocktail, or is it what’s in the book itself (…need to get the book!).
