Somebody Pooner. Steve Pooner, Dave Pooner, somebody. I can’t recall the first name. Richard Pooner, possibly.
I think in “Butterballs”, when his grandmother saw him in his costume, she called it gay, or f***y. Not to mention, she had her OWN costume, lol!
The cameraman looking around at Randy with that grimace on his face like:“Don’t you dare!” Also, Randy’s explanation on the car on the way home:“Oh, come on! Like I’m the only one who thought that’s what it was!”, or something like that. Been a while since I’ve seen it. And the one where all the wealthy black celebrities moved to town, to this day, I don’t know how they got away with that ending!
“Sweet! I’m so buff, I can’t even fit through the bus doors!”
“I’m cereal! I’m super, super cereal!”
I think that’s pretty much the first 4 seasons, iirc, which I don’t understand why they hate those. All great stuff!
Hard to pick just one, but “AWESOME-O” is DEFINITELY in there. Also love how in “I Should Never Have Gone Ziplining”, they(I can’t remember why they do this) show real-life actors playing the boys. A real turd representing Mr. Hankey was the icing on the cake, lol! Also, I don’t remember the parent episode, but the one where there was that set of drawings that showed what the boys might look like irl. Somebody commenting that the Cartman drawing looking (I think) like Dakota Fanning was golden!
Well, I think once it became topical, as they call it, at first, it became interesting. Like, something happens, can’t wait to see how South Park handles THIS. But, lots of people miss the show being centered on South Park and it’s citizens, self-contained. I am among those fans.
