None of this is hard if we had politicians that weren’t sold to big corporations, and if our governments would build programs to better educate consumers and producers.
There is this Irish cheddar that has guinness veins in it. If that’s your kind of thing it is absolutely delicious. Artisanal cheddar is not on the same level as the blocks or shredded stuff you buy in store.
