Scribus. I still use the open source DTP at work even if I have InDesign installed.
Makes more sense. Gotta mitigate the risk of ruining the UX of the site and the community. This is a good idea in general, though.

Phoenix Point, atm. I used to waste hours on XCom 2 and related DLCs. Modded the hell out of it until I encountered a crash.
McKinsey is the same company involves in building Enron.
Promote it from the outside? I imagine you want to reach out to community groups outside and convince them with quality posts and discourse.
