I don’t trust microsoft with anything. I find this exclusivity-through-acquisition behavior very much in character. It’s not surprising at all. Giving them the benefit of the doubt again, on the other hand, would just be dumb.

yeah, a game engine is hardly a game. yt is infested with ‘my voxel game engine’ videos.

I feel like they will take their place among darwin awards winners. a shocker to everyone (sarcasm) rich folks aren’t always the brightest.

it seems to be the next wave of marketing: “our stuff is just so good it would be dangerous to release”
