For sure. Reforger was always meant to be a stepping stone to Arma 4.

What you said regarding mods is why I’m wondering how the modding community will react to the news. If mods are transferable to Arma 4, I would think mod development would continue. But I’ve seen some say they haven’t put any effort into modding Reforger because it’s just a stepping stone game.

2027 is a ways off, but Reforger has improved quite a bit and should be enough to hold folks over until then. I do wonder how this will affect mods; Will mod creators delay creating new mods until 4 is out?

I was thinking the same thing. There are definitely restrictions on the size/function of guns, and you have to fill out paperwork, get fingerprinted, etc to get past those restrictions.

To buy any gun at a store, you also have to have a background check, which you generally don’t have to do for knives.

The Battlefield V soundtrack is pretty great, in my opinion.

I was wondering if anyone else enjoyed this soundtrack. I love it!

I’d recommend trying LM Studio (https://lmstudio.ai/). You can use it to run language models locally. It has a pretty nice UI and it’s fairly easy to use.

I will say, though, that it sounds like you want to feed perhaps a large number of tokens into the model, which will require a model made for a large context length and may require a pretty beefy machine.

Nearly this entire thing is a miss.

• He says the people who leaked the daughter thing are clowns, then proceeds to tell us he’s so smart that he and his people leaked it. So Drake called himself a clown.
• A good chunk of the song is based on a misunderstanding of Kendrick’s Mother I Sober. Kendrick didn’t say he was molested, he said that his mother asked him if he was and she didn’t believe him when he told her no, because she was molested. Honestly, this makes Drake out to have no listening/reading comprehension and it makes him seem like he’s scrubbing quickly through Kendrick’s tracks trying to find ammo. It makes that whole chunk of the song fall flat.
• Kendrick never said any names or anything regarding the pedophile allegations, yet here’s Drake specifically bringing up Millie Bobby Brown and Bella Harris. The thing is when you put it all together there’s a lot of evidence out there that’s already known that lends credibility to Drake being a pedophile. Drake was texting Millie Bobby Brown when she was 14. He was hanging around Bella Harris when she was 17. He groped and kissed that one girl on stage and she was 17. You even have Tweets from Drake talking about (not an exact quote) “If amazing were underage I’d be in jail because I’m fucking amazing.” What a weird thing to say. There’s too much to mention here.
• Drake says he planted the daughter stuff. Okay, let’s see the receipts. He made a whole little video of him destroying the good kid, maad city van (wrong make and model, if I’m not mistaken) but there’s no video of you supposedly cooking up this master plan to plant evidence? No screenshots of DMs? Nothing? Mighty convenient…
• Let’s say the daughter stuff is false. That removes one verse out of the four tracks that Kendrick has put out. All the rest of the tracks are still totally relevant.
• Whitney never followed Kendrick on social media. Talking about who is or isn’t following you on social media is such a high school way of thinking about relationships. It just plays into everything Kendrick has been saying about Drake not being a man, about being a 7 year old.
• Drake still hasn’t denied running a sex trafficking ring.
• The play on music chords was dumb. Kendrick was saying something that actually hit with his. Plus a B-sharp isn’t a thing.

This track is a huge miss, for me. Take the L, Drake.

The whole battle is more than just disses, it’s a psychological tear down of Drake. No amount of IG posts and jokes can put Drake on an equal footing.

Yeah, like I said, I could absolutely use spaces and I have used spaces heavily in the past. Having three monitors is certainly a nice-to-have and personally I believe having everything up at once is superior to using spaces.

I sit a good 3.5 feet from my displays, so it’s pretty easy for me to look at my side displays without turning my head. Keep in mind my side displays are vertical. I probably would have to turn my head if they were in a horizontal orientation.

Anyway, it’s all about what you prefer, can afford, etc. For me, this is my ideal setup.

Software engineer. I use three monitors. I primarily use macOS, if anyone’s curious.

Main monitor is a 42" 4K LG C3 OLED, two side monitors are 34" 4K LG IPS displays in vertical orientation.

For work, I keep my IDE and browser on my main monitor and I use it for most other applications that I might use, but usually just my IDE and browser.

Left monitor is used primarily to display my Jira board and tickets, which takes up the bottom 2/3 of the screen. I use Firefox’s video pop out feature to place YouTube or other videos in the top 1/3 so I can watch them while I work, if I want.

Right monitor is used primarily for Slack and Spotify. Slack takes up the bottom half. Spotify takes up the top half, and I often listen when I’m not watching videos.

Could I do all of this with spaces? Of course. Absolutely. I’ve had a one monitor setup, two monitor setup, and now a three monitor setup. Honestly, I really just like that I don’t have to switch spaces all the time. I can reference my Jira tickets while I work and chat with people all at the same time without having to switch spaces around any time I want to see certain details about something in a ticket or something someone said.

I also play games (separate PC) and stream, so the three monitors is useful for that, as well. I have the game up on my main monitor, and I use the side monitors to show my Twitch chat/bot, OBS, Discord, etc.

The first car I owned is by far my favorite. It was a ‘91 Miata (NA). It was very easy to learn how to work on it and fix things. It really made me love driving. I want to buy another Miata at some point.

LOL, you definitely don’t have to be five figures into photography to know what a hot/cold shoe is. Most consumer and prosumer cameras have one.
