11 months agoThe av1 decoder from the iphone 15 pro soc. That would be useful for future proofing. That being said the a15 should still be able to soft decode av1 probably, as it is plenty powerful.

Does not decode 4k uhd x265 smoothly on infuse on that gen. I ordered a current gen 4k apple tv, hopefully it will decode ok on that one.
