Cleveland city workers oppose the charter amendment proposal that would give residents direct say over a small portion of the city's budget.

I havent been following this closely but I wanted to see if any of the Clevelanders have an opinion.

    Seems like its common cause in complaint of changing bidding process since the public will disrupt the established system.
