These chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing, dipped in chocolate ganache have a delicious homemade buckeye sitting right on top! If you love peanut butter, its a treat for you! But be warned that making buckeyes can be a tedious endeavor. Furthermore, go Buckeyes and beat that team up north!

I’ve been doing the 52 weeks of baking challenge all year and decided to do buckeye cupcakes for the cupcake challenge. Matches up perfectly with the huge OSU/ND game tomorrow, so go Bucks!
