Donald Trump is likely annoyed by how much money President Joe Biden has been raising, but the former president should worry instead on the campaign cash he himself is wasting, a Republican strategist argued Saturday
Susan Del Percio’s column for MSNBC on “why Trump should be worried” delves into Biden’s “clear” advantage and the impact it will have on a man who, she argues, puts great stock in financial worth.
“These kinds of strong fundraising totals make for great headlines,” Del Percio wrote of Biden’s $26 million campaign fundraiser. “But they must also irk Trump.”
But Del Percio argues Trump should pull his focus away from how much Biden has raised and look instead at what his Democrat challenger is doing with the millions he raises.
“How you spend your campaign funds is what matters,” she wrote. “And so far, Biden has chosen wisely.”
Pfff, he doesn’t need to campaign. He could die tomorrow, and all of this followers would still vote for him. Then the secret service would have to puppet him around, weekend at Bernie’s style.
I just hope that enough people realize that they need to go out and vote to keep him out that they actually fucking do it. His followers are not the majority, so as long as anyone with more than rocks in their head goes and casts their ballot, he can’t win. But convincing habitual non-voters to actually give enough of a damn to go and vote is basically impossible. Voter turnout is abysmal.
Exactly. The maga base is a fixed quantity of rabid one way voters. The only thing deciding if he gets back into the oval office is that the Dems and non-trump repubs aren’t caught napping again. Complacency will destroy this democracy.
Trump has lost more voters than he’s gained.
Voter turnout isn’t great, but the last few elections have had record voter turnout consistently. Even in the mid terms. The kids have gotten the message that if they don’t vote the elderly lichs that run this place will fuck them over.
Dunno man. I have confidence in millennials and the older gen Z, but the new voters… people like Tate and his ilk have been far too successful on TikTok to be sure that these people vote against Trump.
Trump lost the popular vote in 2016 and by a larger margin in 2020
37% isn’t something to brag about. Sure, it’s up from what it was previously, but 37%?
C’mon.

34% Didn’t vote. 66% did
