If these kind of training facitlities were for deescalation and treating citzens with respect instead of discount military bases then people wouldn’t try to stop them from being built.
You can do that in a regular classroom. We have lots of those. These places are only expensive precisely because they aren’t doing that.
Police are SUCH GOOD PEOPLE that it costs at minimum $50MILLION to teach them how NOT to murder a Kid!
