It’s basically a situationist film where the author detourned a cheap Hong Kong kung fu film and in its plot inserted a Marxist narrative of class struggle against its oppressors. I think it’s a nice and interesting way to interpret theory and can be a fun experience, plus it’s an action film which makes it entertaining.
My idea was to gather a few people here and watch it together, it would be a nice experience to absorb some theory in a different way than a book, even if it is not exactly the kind of thoughts we may follow.
