You’re talking in past tense about a future event, and getting mad at Biden for not having done something which could not have yet taken place.

You’re literally demanding that things which could not have yet happened, to have already happened. You’re talking in past tense about a future event, and getting mad at Biden for not having done something which could not have yet taken place.
