As much as I don’t like Harris, I’m thrilled I was wrong about her chances against Trump

I was in the not Harris camp too. But she blasted out the gate incredibly strong, I’m impressed.

she started out very weak for me when she held that in person meeting with netanyahu to confirm continued support for the genocide; but then she issued a statements the next day calling for it to end; so it’s looking promising.

i wish she did something more than cheap words to help me convince myself to vote for her.

I’m curious, what do you think of Trumps approach to Israel’s genocide? Is their plan better?

people are unjustly losing their lives due to a fascist regime; it doesn’t matter which facist regime is doing it.

‘Kamala didn’t rebuke genocide strongly enough, so I’ll support the candidate that unabashedly supports and encourages genocide!’

That is my understanding of your view based on the last two comments. Good luck with stopping the murder spree that way

Edit: I’m all for better options. It’s just quite disingenuous to say you won’t vote for the only candidate that’s rebuffed Israel over the genocide when the competition is actively supporting it.

Well, AOC plays the game quite well. I agreed with her that it was too late to switch.

To be clear, I’m an independent conservative that doesn’t like Biden or Harris. But you can count me to vote against Trump and is ilk (people who don’t see certain groups as people, people who deny science).

Republicans may be tolerable at a local level — especially because I live in a conservative county. But there is no way in hell I can trust Republicans not to cave to party leadership

You should get off your high horse before it becomes impossible. I still absolutely believe Biden could have and probably would’ve won, but I will admit that I was wrong that him dropping out ended up being good rather than bad.
