even just on abortion, they’re really pushing for things which are reminiscent of the fugitive slave laws that used to be commonplace (although those were legal, and what is currently being pushed for by anti-abortion zealots generally is not). i suspect more court cases are coming around the limits of how severely you can curtail even talking about abortion, much less getting one.
