I live in Eastern Europe, and seriously recommend your people start researching nuclear weapons. :(

Do you live in a country that is part of the EU?

If one member of the EU is attacked, the others will have to defend the country

France and the UK still have nuklear weapons, I would think the rest of the millitary would be more of a problem.

I would suspect both sides would not use nuklear weapons unless they get really desperate. So what is currently deturring Putin from attacking eastern europe is the thread of the reagular US millitary just kicking his ass and having no chance of gaining any land. But if it was just nato without the US he might gamble on them not using their nukes if he just takes, say northern Finnland, which he might think is feasable without US-troops.

Of all possible next targets he could choose, Finland , Norway or Sweden would be the dumbest ever. These countries are prepared, always have been. It would be fucking hard, even without NATO. The next targets would more likely be other not well affiliated countries like Moldova, Georgia. Then Baltics.

This may be misremembering, but I thought I once heard of some people in Taiwan (a small, but vocal, number) liked Trump because of his “China Bad” rhetoric.

It’s not quite as spicy from my side of the world (Australia), but I really do not like the idea of our closest military ally being controlled by a fascist.

Just seems like risky business, ya know?

I think Taiwan will be fine… for now. Trump is so Anti-China I doubt the US will drop its support. Eastern Europe however is basically fucked now
