Major corporations that vowed to never donate to any lawmaker who pushed election conspiracy theories after the Jan. 6 insurrection that forced lawmakers to flee for their lives appear to have had a change of heart and are helping fund Donald Trump’s Jan. 20 inauguration to the tune of millions of dollars
To me it’s an indication of a broken system that cannot be fixed. no one really believes trump is going to fix anything, but they do know that they can curry favor of the power structure through bribery. they know what kind of system it will be and are playing the best hand they have.
essentially we’re screwed, it’s a realization by the money and power structure that come next Jan., we’re in a trump dictatorship.
