The U.S. Senate appeared poised Friday to narrowly confirm former Fox News host Peter Hegseth for defense secretary, with opponents saying Donald Trump’s pick has nowhere near the experience for the huge job and a disturbing history of heavy drinking and domestic abuse.

I should start learning Mandarin soon. I hear there’s a learning curve and I want to be prepared when they take us over.

If they’re smart, they won’t have to. China can afford to sit aside and watch us destroy ourselves. All they’ll have to do is walk in and pick through whatever is left over.

“Never interrupt your enemy when they’re killing themselves.”

That’s definitely their plan for Russia.

And they know Europe has no choice but to begrudgingly turn to China as an ally when the US is not a reliable partner anymore and might even become an enemy down the line.

They already have most of Africa in their pockets.

The US will now turn into Russia 2.0, a slowly decaying oligarchy, and China will slowly but surely gain influence there as well.

We are living in the Chinese century now.
