capitalists

usually boiled bourgeoisie
on special occasions, I make bourgeois bone broth or capitalist cupcakes

I was always curious what boiled bourgeoisie taste like.
Boiled Bourgeoisie is Bland but it’s Better with some Basil and Bouillon
Bourgeois bourguignon isn’t bad. Just don’t add too much wine as the bourgeois can already have quite a strong wine taste to it.
The rich
American style margherita pizza
Cabury creme eggs. So glad they only show up once a year.
Dulse. it’s like, this slimy purple seaweed that you leave out in the sun to dry. When dried it’s crunchy and salty and so tasty. I know seaweed is used a lot all over, but dulse always seems to turn tourists off in a way that like, nori sheets never do
nori sheets
Is this the seaweed snack where for one gram of actual food there is 10 grams of packaging plastic?
Probably home fermented pickles
Salty liquorice! I think it’s the best candy, but pretty much anyone not from the nordic countries think it’s disgusting.
Horseradish. A lot of it. I guess pickled cucumbers are also considered disgusting in some cultures, but idk if that’s objectively.
I love putting salt on melon. But recently I’ve been using this stuff called Tajin. Shit is great on apples.
You are doing well, keep going
Maybe not disgusting so much as unorthodox but I love downing cups of pure lemon/lime juice and relishing the tart.
Speaking of. I ran across some lemonade recently that changed the game for me.
No sugar. Just organic lemon juice mixed with organic apple juice. Best lemonade Ive ever had
Fish food
😳
I enjoy haggis and black pudding.
Delicious foods.
It’s not cheap, but there’s a cafe inside the Scottish National Gallery in Edinburgh. The breakfast comes with haggis, as you would expect in Scotland. It’s good.
I love that in Scotland. Haggis with breakfast works so well.
