I kind of do this. Not necessarily eat the food from least to most favourite, but if there’s something on the plate I’m not a fan of, I’ll try to eat that first. I feel like if I eat that part last, it’ll be more difficult to eat because I’ll already be full and satisfied from eating all the good stuff. Does that make sense?
