I’m a lib. I’m progressive; my wife calls me a closet socialist, although I’m too fond of money and material goods to be a good one. I’m an advocate for unions, and a critic of the wealth gap.

I also own several handguns and a couple of rifles. I have two loaders and the equipment to load a third calibre, and enough powder, and primers, and bullets to keep me running for hundreds of rounds. I’ve got stockpiles of ammo for the one caliber I don’t load. I’m also ex-active military.

If you think only conservatives own guns, you’re uninformed. We may be relatively silent, but there are a lot of us. Liberals, with guns. Lots of guns.

Not a single 2A group head stood up against a LE murdering citizens. Our cops are paramilitary units now - the same fascist fuckers we used to mock in other countries with petty dictators, like Cambodia.

There’s been a lot of talk and no action from conservatives. I feel more commeradery with the damned Anarchists; at least they’re not talking out of both sides of their mouths.

I’m resigned that there will be no enduring uprising in the US; that all the 2A talk is just that: talk. Spouting lots of empty rhetoric about oppressive governments while actively encouraging a guy who’s literally said he wants to be a dictator. What a bunch of mealy-mouthed hypocracy.
