Like I get that you can only measure health in terms of the holistic being and “healthy” is a very subjective word which reflects organism, environment, and community standards. Completely understand that you need a regimen of self-care practices, cognitive reframing of stressors (spraying the bathroom with blood as I writhe on the ground), and a diet without any gluten or processed foods. I’m antivax because I have an immune system and anti-doctor because they’re Obamacare death panelists eliminating half the population. But say you did alllllllll that and you were vomiting a litre or two of blood which overflows the toilet and scares your dog. What component of wellness am I neglecting and how can I better align my energy (negative, anxious) with the universe? Should I go to a chiropractor?
The blood vomit question is a contentious one in the medical literature and we want to ensure we are giving the most up to date advice about the amount of blood you can jettison up your mouth tube before it may be necessary to see a physician. We also need to acknowledge that opinions may vary on this topic and that respectful disagreement is healthy for the medical community as well as for our patients.
Personally, I find that using centrifugal force to increase circulation evenly throughout your body is an excellent way to make sure you’re regular on both ends. Have you tried hula hooping?
I tried meditating to readjust my frequency, aromatherapy, and taking a mushroom supplement that’s supposed to be good for cardiovascular health. I’d try hoola hooping but I can’t stand up without slipping in the blood.
