Try slow cooking rancid beefribs for 3 days susevide then putting a rack in an air fryer to see if it ‘might mask the stench.’ Our neighbors were dry heaving. House smelled worse than a civil war hospital for weeks.
Also try burning the crap out of mole sauce for like 3 hours.
