Been a Rosalina user fairly consistently since Mario Kart Wii
Usually Luigi on MKDS (I don’t quite know why), but in MK8 I use my own Mii - because it’s me!
I like driving with Mario, just feels right :). Also Donkey Kong because of a severe case of nostalgia for Donkey Kong Country.
My go-to is toad…he’s just so light, makes drifting and handling so much easier.
I like picking bowser, just because I find barging around the course as king Koopa pretty fun

I love when associations happen like this. I always sent the screaming turtwig meme to my coworkers when things got rough at work. So for my birthday they got me a turtwig figurine

It used to be Yoshi and Toad because I like light characters. Their acceleration allows them to recover more quickly from hazards. Which in mind makes them more consistent for me.
Ever since baby characters were playable, I’ve almost always picked baby Luigi.
Toad. For 30 years, it’s never been anything but Toad. He’s my little mushroom man!
