minus-squarem016@lemmy.calinkfedilinkarrow-up1·1 year agoI don’t think I’ve ever had a coffee crash but I definitely tend to be a mid to late morning coffee drinker. It’s never really been intentional. I just enjoy the ritual of drinking coffee so I leave it until after my morning obligations.
Coffee in the afternoon as opposed to the morning can help you avoid that afternoon crash too, rather than contribute to it.
