The IOF is basically just cops with missiles and tanks. They implode the moment they have to do any fighting at anything remotely near parity. They’re only in their element when they have a population of unarmed civilians to brutalize with rifles and clubs. Shoot an IOF loser and all of them lose composure.
Also many of them are conscripts.
