That said, I grew up in the UCC, and it resonates perfectly with the way that they emphasized tolerance. If somebody wants to do something that you donāt like, thatās absolutely fine as long as they donāt force you to participate - in this case, the tolerant, āchristianā take on abortion should be āI donāt want one, but if you do, go for it.ā
