This was the first thing I thought. According to big entertainment studios you cant have a woman in the cast that could ever be remotely sexualised in any plausible way. Make it a man and he can be a full nude godlike thirst trap, make it a woman and they have to make her flat, remove any ass and completely cover her up. Nobody wants any version of a surfer that has layers of clothing on so lets not make it a woman.

I will eventually get the game if I don’t have to be constantly online and also get the option of playing a solo one player adventure that doesn’t often put emphasis on playing multiplayer. But at this juncture I no longer pre-order games for any reason ever under any circumstance. In fact I wait until all of the DLC is released and included as part of the game for less than $60. So if that day ever comes with this game I’ll be quite happy to have a new South Park game and if not I’m not going to lose sleep over it.

I did not know this was a thing at all until now and it would seem that it is not like the other games so whatever it is (and it seems nobody knows exactly) I am not excited for it yet but will keep an open mind for latter.

Feige and Kennedy literally said that, I didn’t even take a side on it other then to say it is insane that they do not care what the people want and they are literally trying to sue South Park because they say it made fans not want to see their movies. Personally I checked out after Endgame thinking of it as a nice natural stopping point. Also I do not mean to imply that leading women on movies are a problem in general, many great movies have had women in the lead roll but Disney is not making good movies, they are just trying to rest on the laurels of putting a chink in it as if that was enough to make it good.

It’s insane that Disney executives responded to SP by doubleing down and going on record saying Marvel and Lucas films will be more than 50 % women regardless of how the customers feel about it.
