We shouldn’t have allowed any confederate officer or elected official to be part of any federal/state/local government after the war. We also should have made a federally mandated course in school that covered the causes of the war. We also should have outlawed public monuments of any traitor. Should have made constitutional amendments to get things like these done if needed.

That irks me about the movies, why was Theoden pissed about that when the reason Gondor never showed up is because he was entranced and never called for aid. :-\

3·4 months agoPort your number to Google voice. Their spam blocking is great. That and/or get a Pixel. TBH I’m not exactly sure which one is blocking spam calls but I haven’t gotten one in years. I only use Google voice for texting though, so that would have to be blocking spam texts.
61·4 months agoVery true, but this doesn’t appear to have been much of a problem before 2000:
I hate getting my feet wet in the bathroom because someone else dripped all over the floor/rug because they didn’t dry themselves before they got out of the shower. Especially when I have socks on. Dry your entire body before you take any body part out of the shower. 😤
